what is the point of the toy flowerhorn in the tank??? I see this all the time in there tanks. Do yall FH keepers really just keep one fish per tank??? Can you really even scape a FH tank without them tearing it up?

well when raising a flowerhorn, its more about the fish rather than the tank. the tank can be bare and everything as long as the fish looks nice. the toy is just in there because sometimes he pushes it around when hes bored. i use a mirror to make him attack it for fun and get his kok bigger. we keep 1 fish one tank unless divided because of the aggression and for each fish to stand out because each fish is different from another. the goal of keeping flowerhorns is to have a really nice ideal piece, not just to decorate a tank. people sometimes scape their tank but sooner or later they will realise the flowerhorn might either injure himself or start making a big mess. i usually like it with minimal to no gravel on the bottom for easier cleaning with a lot of filtration. i guess its kind of like an art thing when it comes to flowerhorn; we try so hard to make our pet look good. haha underwater dog if you must say.
