huge bloody hole in my geos head.

so my tocantin male developed a HUGE hole in his head (3mm or so) and now its bleeding. ive been treating with metro but im starting to think its not hith. should i treat with tetracycline? is it hith or is it a worm or parasite? let me know im in a huge rush. this fish is worth 300$ easy

Hole in the dead could have a number of causes.

I say hit it with the tetrac (it's an antibiotic) and some combo of worm/parasite med.

eh i doubt i can get a clear one with my phone but ill try...let me describe it also.

its like a huge crater that developed in a week and it has a pin ***** hole in the middle of it and when i changed my water today blood came out of it.
