Are there Snails that Oscars wont eat?

I am looking to get some snails for my Oscar tank to hold down algae. But I dont want to buy something that will just be a meal for my fish. Its an 85g so if you suggest a snail please tell me how many you think I need. And if you know of a retailer or private seller that would be helpful. Looking to get these guys ASAP.

I am a noob but do you know what is causing the algae.... Maybe eliminate the source of the algae?

no plants, just plastic and lights and fish and clay pots and beer bottles. I would like a snail that looks nice but wont go buck wild and take over my tank. If thats possible.

You might just want a pleco.

I am trying to avoid putting more fish in the tank. I dont want to over crowd it, would the Mystery Snails or Apple Snails get out of hand?

Olive nerites, they can't breed in fw.

I have mystery snails in with my oscars for a few weeks now, and have not had any problems

Picked up the Olive Nerites, one got nibbled on a bit but was soon spit out and they haven't been bothered since.

A: Ones in a different tank.

Most snails should be fine after they survive the initial introduction as long as the oscar are well fed.
