To me plants are just for aesthetics. I don't have any plants in my geo tank.

They are still growing but are not as big as they should be at 9 months old.

And now there are no live plants in my Geo's Tank. They have torn out every plant in the tank. Moved the sand arould to their liking.

Most geos come from blackwater habitats without any living plants other then floaters, I'm sure they like it better anyways lol. The geos are looking good, what are you feeding them besides endler fry?In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

They eat anything I put in the tank. They eat flakes, shrimp pellets, algea pellets, cichlid pellets, frozen and live shrimp. as a treat...
The Largest one is close to 5" but the smallest 2 are only about 2 1/2". I am thinking about taking the smallest 2 out and put them in another tank. To help them grow a little more. Any thoughts?Nothing Kills Evil Like a Sharp Stick...Comment

Up Date> My Geo's have started to breed. The 2 alpha's spawned Tue.s. They started wigallies on Thur. and Mom & Dad got real mean. I had to remove all other tank mates. I expect to see free swimmers today or tomorrow.Nothing Kills Evil Like a Sharp Stick...Comment
