It looks really green in videos and photos. In person, it's actually pretty white with a little tint of yellow/green that you can barely notice.

AFAIK, they actually like the red spectrum better than green.

Those two videos I just posted are from when the group was at 17. Group is now at 25. I want to add more exodons, but for now I think 25 is a solid number. Besides, I can't get anymore until next year as they're caught towards the winter time.

I want to add other South American species, but there's not much that work with these pigs. I haven't looked up fish yet, but they definitely need to be very fast, hardy, and able to withstand constant bullying.

Seafood mix I've been feeding the tank.

                  uploadfromtaptalk1369510991170.jpg

                  1 whole tilapia
                  10 shrimp
                  5 garlic cloves minced
                  Some peas minced
                  1 tbsp .5mm NLS

I added some water but most of the liquid is from the fish and shrimp packaging. I cut the seafood into chunks to make it easier for them to tear apart. Mix it up and stir. Then let it sit for a few mins to soak and freeze.

Some shots I forgot to upload before the recent changes (driftwood, plants, MH, more Exodons).

                        • Quick update of what's under the stand. Picked up a 50gal rubbermaid tub from Wally world for $17 and storage bins for $15 and $7. Moved everything from the 20gal rubbermaid tub over. Cleaned the media. Added a "dry" section to the sump. Added some powerheads I had laying around. Added 30 Tiger Barbs.
