The above picture is the first one about two months ago when I first bought him or her. It was about 1.5" and now about 4" I've been told it was a boy flowerhorn, then read it has the marks on the dorsal fin that makes it a girl, also been told it is a Texas cichlid but I really just want to know

Agreed with above, probably a female flowerhorn hybrid. Possibly a mix of Texas Cichlid in there with the coloration pattern

So many pictures of flower horns with no red coloration and no KOK never make their way on the Internet?
