Mine go crazy over frozen bloodworms. They get that most evening unless I see one of them bloating a little then I stick to TetraColor Bits. They get color bits in the morning and when I get home from work. I have some frozen beefheart but my discus just look at it funny. No interest at all. It also comes apart and makes the bottom pretty nasty.
