I love my Nova Extreme T5HO fixture from Current-USA.
It rocks. I would use them again next time I am looking at getting a 4ft fixture again. If you want longer fixtures you will need to either use two fixtures or goto their MH units...
I love the lights that came with the fixture until I had to replace them and then I got ahold of the UV lighting light bulbs and they absolutely rocks.
I use the Blue tipped 12k lights for Lake Tanganika -- going to switch down I think to the Auqasun 10k lights soon to see the diffence.

T5's are a lot brighter in my opinion -- I am running 2 lights on my 110 because with all 4 on its BRIGHT inside the tank.. until I change out a few things in the tank I am not going to run all 4 bulbs at the same time.
The 110 is a 4ft 29" tall tank. I am telling you that T5's compared to T8/12's you will be amazed.

Even if they were the same wattage and normal output they will be brighter then your avg. T8/T12 due to the smaller diameter which would give less restrike and put more light to use inside the tank.
