Bloodworms are Midge larva.
Brine Shrimp are, well, brine shrimp. Ever heard of Sea Monkeys? Same exact thing.
Brine shrimp spirulina is just brine shrimp with some spirulina mixed in. Spirulina is a type of algae. It's really good for your fish because it helps with digestion. Our Fishhouse

For the record, I feed bloodworms, brine shrimp, daphnia, mysis shrimp, clams, and krill (all frozen) to various fish around the house and only do my weekly water changes. :)Our Fishhouse

Just wanted to make sure aafjr2 didn't think that frozen food automatically equaled daily water changes. IMO, it's always nice to have a few different perspectives. Our Fishhouse

Some other frozen foods that are good occasionally are frozen mosquito larvae, frozen beef heart, chopped earthworms, fish and shrimp. Frozen spinach is also good for many SA/CA cichlids.
MarkWhat are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.
