Dirty aquarium need help

I have a 75 g oceanic  that is extremely dirty.  There is some yellowish brown crap that is extremely extremely tough to get off on the aquarium (could it be calcium  buildup?).  Razor blade barely does anything to it.  Need suggestions on cleaners, thanks

Try vinegar.

I meant a mixture of Vinegar, Razor Blades, and Elbow Grease.

i tried to vinegar razorblade method, but not the elbow grease, thanks for the suggestion
