    clown loaches are very delicate,to avoid having similar problems quarantine is your best bet , andy is a great guy and keeps up with the store better than most , easy to blame him or the store, all I can say is do your research first and quarantine , your tanks will be better off

          I like Andy a lot. Lots of business with him, and he has always treated me fair.

          ICH is nasty man, and all I can tell you is be sure to treat for atleast a full 10 days because it can come back badly and usually harder to get rid of the second time.
