Okay. Question time.

I have 2 Betta's (in separate tanks) and one gets super dirty a lot faster than the other one. They have the same tank, water, plant, rocks, marbles, filter...everything is the same in each tank. Why does one get slimy and dirty while the other doesn't?

Is one in front of a window or possibly getting more light than the other? Was any of the equipment or decoration previously used before being in the tank(s)?

No, they sit side by side and no, the decorations werent used before for anything.

Are they live plants? Do you feed one betta more than the other? Is one larger than the other?

Yes, they have moss and a bulb that is growing. They eat the same time and amount. One is a little larger and he is the cleaner one. Could that be it?
