how can i put my background on the aquarium so it looks brighter?
Someone says use soapy water to put it on to brighten is this true, or how and wht can i use for this????? thanks

I used that.....made a world of difference. One tube/bottle.....$6.
I am not sure if it is anything other than baby oil, though.....feels and smells like it.
Vegetable oil may be similar, though would probaby attract roaches.
Baby oil.....$1.99 and lots more of it. I will be trying this on the new tank soon. -

The oily stuff (above) is spread on the background and then the background is squeegeed on the glass/plastic.Comment

They do I have used and it works well. Once you have it on you can use a credit card, ID card or something similar to push/scrape the air bubbles out120g - Tropheus Moorii Kambwimba
