If it is 74" all the way around, I took that and divided it by 6 for the sides. And if you say that it is 25" and some change. Looks like about 42 gallons according to the calculator on Aquariumlife.net. Hope that helps.Comment

The Phreek beat me to it.
Formula for a REGULAR hexagonal prism(where each side is the exact same length and each internal angle is the same) is perimeter times apothem times height divided by two.
So we get:
V = 74 *(74 / 12) * sqrt3 * 25.25 / 2 =
= 9980.6815 cubic inches
= 9908.6815 cuin * .00433gallons / cuin = 43.216 gallonsScarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.

Volume = 2.6 * Wsq x H x .00433g/cuin = 43 gallons

I just did the volume for a cylinder, divided by 231 (cubic inches per gallon) and rounded down to the next "normal" hex tank size.
(74/(2*3.141))^2*3.141*25.25/231 = 47.5 gallons
