Canister Filter needed for 55g

I have a 55 gal tank with 2 small HOB filters and an internal filter. I want to get a canister filter but dont know which one would be best for my needs.

55 gallon tank, 2 Flowerhorn M/F.

I was looking at Cascade 700 or 1000. Not sure if Cascade is good or of there is something better.

I have a Eheim 2215 on my 55 gallon and it works great. The oscars are messy eaters and it keeps the tank very pristine.

I got it new for I think $105 at a LFS
