its just going through its natural cycling process, cory cats will eat it, or in time it will go away

Agreed. It isn't dangerous. You can brush it off or let it go away on its ownScarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

Haha! girlgeek and I have a whole thread on how annoying this stuff is and how badly we freaked out the first time we ever saw it. I brush mine off with a toothbrush but it grows back fairly fast. Corys, some fish, and plecos will munch on it, but armthehomeless and AquaticAddict are right, it'll go away on its own too.All bleeding stops eventually...

ya I love angel fish, gave mine to my parents a few months ago. That size tank you have with the way its shaped is perfect for angels. Im thinking about doing a ram/angel tank myself

Looks really good. I had a 47 XT with rams and angels. I'm on the same page with AquaticAddict for this one! Rams and angels! And maybe some lemon tetras, or black phantoms or something. Nice job on the tank! Keep us posted.
BTW I had a BN pleco years ago for my parents' tank who just mowed through several pieces of driftwood covered with fungus in just under 24 hours. It was awesome. All bleeding stops eventually...
