Feeding live ghost shrimp to trophs???

I bought some ghost shrimp and was wondering if i could give them to my tropheus..

You could but the way most lfs keep their feeder tanks I would hold them, purge and gut load them first.

Probably better off buying table shrimp put through a blender

Yea I have them.in the water but in a breeder box ill wait a few days and feed them nls or dainichi..
