  • Alamo Stone

Right now my breeding tanks have a lot of slate/small black volcanic rocks in them which makes it a pain to clean. How are the pieces of holey rock from Alamo? I dislike the "honeycomb" style and would prefer nice big, smooth holes. I've had real nice pieces of holey in the past, but avoiding the 1.65/lb I payed last time. Is the selection normally big enough to make an hour drive worth while? If I could get a nice single piece for each 20L, I'd be pleased

    thanks

I did not see any holey rock when I was there a few weeks ago.

They do carry some but I'm guessing they will have in the spring. It goes really fast though.
