Also heard Texas has a loaner program for fishing supplies like a library. Check items out for up to a week using your fishing license (if over 17).

Cool! I've always heard of size limitations for saltwater fish, but I'm not too familiar with freshwater catches.

Loaner program? Awesome! I'd rather buy my own supplies though. It's usually not all that expensive.
