The Eheim heater can be calibrated if needed. Not sure about the marina.

Do you have something in the tank to move the water around? If you haven't put a filter or powerhead on it yet then the heated water isn't going to circulate and evenly warm up the tank. The water around the heaters may be warm so they cut off but the rest of the tank water will still be cold.135 gal Fahaka Puffer
