I have a eheim 2217 and on the out take side I want to "T" split it and run one line back to the aquarium and run the other line to a Two Little Fish GFO 150 with seachem Denitrate. My question is on the out take side of the GFO 150 can I "T" it back into the other return line to the aquarium or am I better off just having it go back to the aquarium on its own line. I hope that made since. Thanks for the help.

Probably better to take the output of the 150 directly back to the aquarium. If you try to T back into the 2217's return line, you may run into a pressure differential between the two outputs that may impede performance of one or both.
