Currently have about 600 gallon of water inside the house. I have glass top for all the tank. The only opening on some tanks are the space where I don't install the plastic strip that come with glass top. There is still a lot of moisture in the air. I'm thinking I probably need to invest in a good Dehumidifier?

I have the same issue. It is funny that there are no issues in the fish room, but all of the moisture winds up in the carpets, clothing and on furniture. I have mold just randomly growing on belts and furniture and lots of condensation on single pane windows. I have uncovered stock tanks that I keep fish in. I can easily lose 10-20 gallons in evaporation per week. A dehumidifier or an air exchanger or a ventilation fan would be the best option. Try to cover up you tanks to prevent evaporation if possible.
