Hospital tank?

I was going to get 2 Hospital tanks from pectos dollar per gallon sale is 10 gallon big enough or should I get a 20 gallon high. One fresh water hospital tank and 1 salt water hospital tank. Would love to get the 20 long but the foot print would take up to much room in my laundry room.

I guess it depends how big the fish are.more water means more money in meds.

I would suggest 20 gallon if you can. More meds yes, but you also have more fresh water. You can also house bigger fish, and I believe they would recover faster in bigger tank.

Bigger tank is better, fishes will less stress and I offer more long than high for saltwater fish.
