Swollen abdomen?

Seems like this cichlid of mine is always getting sick for some reason. He seems to be prone to fin rot(I think) and cloudy eye when all my other fish have never had a problem. This time he has a swollen abdomen? and is always floating upside down. I moved him to a 10 gallon hospital tank and gave him a parasite medication first. After about a week there was no change in his condition. I tried a different round of medication(general cure) that I just started on Sunday. Do I continue with the General Cure or do I need to try something else?

I tried serval times to take a good picture of him, but he would stay still long enough....

Anybody have any ideas? I went through the treatment of the general cure and he's still about the same. Thinking about doing another round of treatment. Don't see what the harm will be in doing it.....

Try Epsom salts 2 tb, spoons to 10g

Do I do this once a day?

No salt doesn't leave the tank unless you do a water change. Get him in really clean water and add the Epsom salt and keep up water changes.
