I saw this fish at a chain pet store but they had no clue what kind of fish this was. Hope you can help me. Thank you.

Looks like a red belly pacu make sure u have a 100 gallons minimum n upgrade to 100 gallons every year seems like these fish don't stop growing if u have tank space can grow up to 22 inches plus.

It was in the same tank as some tetras. And similar size! Do you think they could make that big of a mistake?

I only see Red Blue Colombian tetras and some Lemon tetras. I'm totally missing this pacu.
