What is this fish?

I bought two of these fish at the LFS in Baytown a few months ago and I really want to know what they are so I can get more... The tank said "Pencil Tetra" but i was looking on the internet and there are all different kinds. I have a kind of crappy pic that I took with my crappy camera to put on here. They are very fast swimmers, they stay towards the very top of the tank mostly (with some tiny danios I have), they will stay close to each other, but sometimes they will swim with my neons and glolights. I would really like to get some more so they don't seem so lonely up there at the top. Any help telling me where I might be able to get more info on them would be appreciated!! Thanks so much!

Thanks for the fast response!!! I'll look that up!! The fish look sooooo much better in person. They have neon blue and red in their fins and they are sooo fast and then all of a sudden they just stop and kinda hover... LOL I wanna get like 10 more so I can watch them!

i was thinkin a type of pencilfish. just didnt know what kind, darn charles and his bottomless fish memory.   , at least i know i could beat him on movie quotes.
