The Florida freshwater Stingray is naturally found in Florida.. I am pretty sure that you should be able to find it out there.
The only Stingray that is freshwater and is sold in stores here in Houston at least are Freshwater Florida Stingray

well what i would really like is a fresh water stingray. because right now i am just visiting fla. i mean i could possibly buy one here. who who. i cant fiind any. but i need to send it to rhode island. wayyyyy up north. but i just need places to find them. which i am unable to do.Comment

Firefish -- the person who is inquiring is someone who has stated they want to home this stingray in Rhode Island.
This puts them in an area which it is legal to keep stingrays.
In Texas its not illegal to keep all stingrays. Its only illegal to keep Freshwater Stingrays, Family Potamotrygonidae All species --
