Fish Ranch sells it, not sure of price. I use Kent Ph buffer

Well I think the best way to lower the PH is to us part RO watter and part tap. You need to see the quantety for your area.

You could ad a DIY CO2 generator too. will lower it slowly if you don't add too much yeast.  Not the easiest (vs just adding acid) but if you have/want plants its a GREAT idea
