HFB Security Update COMPLETE

vBulletin has issued a patch for a security flaw found in the software. I'm going to take HFB offline for a few minutes starting sometime after midnight.

In order to apply the patch, I have to upgrade us to 3.8.1, which is a maintenence release and only includes bug fixes, THEN apply the security patch. It should only take a few minutes, but I need to take it offline to make sure nothing is being written to the database during the upgrade.

FYI - I will not be upgrading each time a new version is released, but when security flaws are discovered it's important that we get those taken care of.

I promise it won't be another 'all-niter' like the migration.

I've got the list of files that are updated and I'm reviewing them today before diving in. If anything breaks, we'll know exactly where to go to fix it.
