Looks like I might have the exclusives on certain fish around here.

Just added another I think that may be a fish only I keep (as far as HFB members are concerned), though Fondren Fish 'N' Pets has some and I got a few from Pets Place.

This is what I had originally suggested when we were throwing the idea around.

Brackish Fish and Invertebrates
(I don't know how these should be separated under the Brackish fish category. I just think that these should be separate from the freshwater because someone might get the idea that they can put a brackish fish in with a freshwater fish)

I don't think we would need all of these until more profiles are made. As of now we have 6 profiles. I think we should wait to put them in categories.

EDIT: Oops! I misread what you had posted Darbex. I'm tired. Yeah I think we should make profiles for each individual species. Mainly because of color variation, physical description, temperament, etc.

Should we have a profile for each grouping of fish or individual species. Ie. Peacocks would be in one or each kind of peacock in a seperate profile?

I'll do another later tonight when I get back from work. Something else that I have that is not commonly seen or kept.

Oooh! I like it. :emt_thumbs: Very descriptive and a very interesting fish. Btw personality/coolness trumps coloration in my book.

It looks like that falls into the Edit permissions category. I'm still looking to see of there is an option for allowing you to edit profiles you submit.

We could always just forward the pics to Girl Geek. Feel free to use any pics of fish I have previously posted.
Also, how about mentioning on the profile how easily the fish is obtained? Something like a Blue Gourami would be, say, "easily obtained", Fahaka puffers "occasionally available", and Asian Climbing Perch "rarely seen"?

Also guys I think it should be stressed that we should put as much information in them as possible. Really pour all your knowledge and experience with that fish into its profile to make them really educational. They shouldn't be 2 word answers for every category. Go to town on the "Habits and Additional Notes". This should be fun but take more than a minute to do.
