I dont know if its just me but the site wont remember me. Every time I turn off the computer and get back on the site I have to re-enter my user id and password and I never had to do this before unless I deleted my cookies.

When you get the major stuff done, may I ask for a small tweak?

When I look at the list of threads I'm subscribed to, it's easy to tell which ones I've read and which ones I have not read because the text is different. Read threads are not bold, unread threads are bold.

However, when I look at new posts, they're all bold regardless of whether I've read them or not. The icons are so similar, they're not very helpful. The difference in text is very helpful (different colors would work just as well).

Would you mind making read threads unbold in all situations like they appear when looking at a list of subscribed threads?

Yeah, I know. That's what I meant by saying, "the icons are so similar, they're not helpful." I have to really look at the icons to tell which is which. They don't stand out for me.

Right now, the only thing that I can readily see to determine which threads I've read and which I have not is by using the icon in front of the thread title. So I scan the page for that icon, and when I see it, I then read the thread title. When I'm on the page that displays the threads I've subscribed to, the difference in typeface makes the unread thread titles pop out, making them instantaneously recognizable as being unread. That's what I would really love in all areas.

I know we had to do that on the last version of the forum because, out of the box, there was very little difference and hard to tell read from unread.

Woohoo! Found it and am able to override it. I can now alter the font type and style for threads with new posts in any way I want. Right now, I have them showing up as red color. I think that makes them pop out extremely well!

So nevermind my previous request. I'm able to alter it on my end.

Just FYI...since this software is so new, there are going to be multiple upgrades over the next few months. Some of them I'll notify you guys...other's I won't. So if your mod breaks at some point, it might be that something was changed on my side.

No problem; I understand. Right now, I'm simply overriding .threadbit .threadtitle_unread. I still need to find one other tag, but I expect you won't change the actual tag name so once I find it, my mods should stay in place. If not, I can fix it again.
