Some of you might be seeing a pop-up asking you to download a file on HFB.

The Good News: It's NOT a virus!
The Bad News: No one is offering any solutions.

Apparently something has changed at Facebook and it is affecting things here because of Facebook Connect. I'm going to try some things to fix it on our site until Facebook gets their head out and fixes this issue on their side. This might mean going as far as disabling the Facebook features all together.

It finaly stopped popping up on my computer here at work. I thought work was tracking me :)

I turned off the Facebook Platform for now.

I honestly don't know if this is going to adversely impact any members, so please email admin@houstonfishbox.com if any of you have any issues logging in.

Update:

I've turned the Facebook Platform back on after making a change to the code. Once Facebook fixes the problem on their side, it 'might' break again since I've made a change locally to work around the problem. So please let me know if you see any additional weirdness around the Facebook stuff on HFB.
