The upgrade went WAY wrong, so I restored the backup I made before upgrading. I know we've got tabs missing and other issues, but the forum should work while I get the other stuff back up.

Unfortunately the upgrade failed, so I had to roll us back (Thank God I did a backup of the site before I upgraded). I've got to figure out why the upgrade failed before I try that again.

Welllll....the major change is going to be the text editor. It's the fancy one that will allow you to copy and paste from Microsoft Word without things getting all crapped up. There is also a new Mobile App that I've been waiting on and it looks like they've worked out the bugs. Other than those 2 big things, there are about 80 little bug fixes that you probably didn't even know were bugs.

Oh! I'm not sure if you have noticed, or if it's even something useful, but you can now customize your profile. If you go to your UserCP, there is a 'customize your profile' button. I haven't played with it much, but you can change the colors and fonts used to make it more personal.

Oh! Another thing this new text editor does is Auto-Save! No more fear of losing a long post! I'll probably try to upgrade again in a couple of days. Been communicating with the guys over at vBulletin and they've offered some suggestions.

Ah...well, if you use Tapatalk, you'll probably stick with Tapatalk. This would be for people who are just using their phone's browser. Tapatalk is GREAT, imo.
