        Had a great day.
        Started out with a 5k turkey trot with my lap band support group to burn some of the impending calories.
        Had a quick tour of the Galveston disaster on my way to the clan gathering.
        Got a small plate with one tablespoon of each item everyone brought and ate most of it.
        Passed on all the wine & wild turkey while everyone else got blasted.
        Met my new sister-in-law, a lot of new nephews & neaces
        Had a good visit with all.
        Made it home without any extra food or pies.... I love pies!

        Feel great that I didn't blow the whole diet thing and still had a good time.

        Hope everyone enjoyed themselves and had a good nap afterwards.

        He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'
