Unable to upload from website

I found that the only way for me to add a avatar was to upload it from my own computer. I keep a copy of my avatar on my own website and I attempted to upload it from there. It came back and said the url was invalid. I then copied the file to my local desktop and installed it from there and it took that fine.

Most likely something with DNS is not set correct, so I suggest just uploading the file from the desktop.

I'm not even able to upload one at all. On
that section I cannot uncheck the button that says "Do not use an avatar" :(

Same here as Nick, no option to upload provided.

The way I did it I had to either browse or enter a URL before I was able to click on the "use custom avatar"
