    We are new

    First I must say, wow, what a great web site. My wife an I are obviuosly new here. Just found the site yesterday. Tons of great info so far. We are currently looking to buy a bigger tank so, that's how we ran across this site. We have a 55 gal as of now but, it's time to upgrade. We shopped around yesterday, wow, I almost need to take out a second mortgage on the house to afford some of these tanks. Anyway, I'm just saying hello. We are located in Sugarland, Greatwood subd. to be exact. Anyone near by, give us a shout.

          Welcome to the Box. Keep an eye on the fish market and Craigslist for deals. Go as big as you can fit or afford, big tanks are actually easier to maintain

                New tanks are ridiculously priced and there are always fantastic deals on second hand tank and equipment on this site. You just have to be patient. Also, most people here on the box take really good care of their fish and equipment. I haven't ever bought or traded with "boxers" and been disappointed.

                      Welcome Lori and Blueland. We do ask that you post your own welcomes, but we will make an exception tonight :)
                      Honestly one of the best places to ask something is in the general fish area, if its more specific we the moderators will move the thread so you see where we move stuff. Let me make this perfectly clear... there is no bad question.. even if its been answered a 100 times.. its better to get an answer than being told "search first" something I hate having to do when I am new because I have no clue where to go looking in the first place.. we will always help.
