I'm Chip. I'm new here.
I've been into aquariums my whole life. But there was a span from about 10-18 that I didn't have any.
So when I went off to college I started up again!
Started off with a 5 gallon. Which turned into a 10. Which turned into a 20. Which turned into my current 210.
I absolutely love my aquarium. But I'm not done with it. I need some better lighting (cobbled together stuff now) and more substrate.
I don't have a put together list but here is what I can think of that I have:
2- bala sharks
2- silver dollars
2- pictus catfish
2- sailfin catfish
2- eclipse catfish
2- striped catfish (I'm a huge catfish fan if you didn't notice...)
2- african brown knifefish
2- largemouth bass
1- needle nose gar
1- dinosaur/senegal bichir
1- crawfish (my niece saved him from our annual boil)
Will post some pictures later tonight when I charge my phone back up.
I have two Eheim 300 watt heaters in the tank as well as the Fluval FX5 filter. That's all for filtration and temperature control.
I look forward to learning from you people and sharing what I know as well.
