  • Hey there!

So, hi. I tend to be pretty private about myself online, so I'll keep it short and sweet. I work at a LFS. Took me a while to decide to register/post because I've been apprehensive over the kind of reception a chain employee would get on here, buuuuut, whythehecknot? Anywho, I don't consider myself a novice, nor will I ever consider myself an expert because there's so freaking much to learn! Seriously, wow. Every time I get online to research something, my head ends up spinning! (This forum has been a great resource, btw. Thanks!) I have a 10g planted community, 5g shrimp tank w/Java moss, and a 2.5g betta tank. Pics to follow. I just recently started working with live plants, so it's been quite an adventure. It all started with a marimo and it's been a slippery slope since then. My shrimp tank is the new facet to this addiction.

That's about it for now, too tired/hungry to post pics but promise to do so soon.

Welcome aboard and glad to have you, we have quite a few employees of different stores. I myself am glad to see that many are enthusiasts and your shrimp addiction is fully understood and supported here, lol

What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.
