    Philbert,

I think it is great that you have helped me identify the disease afflicting Girlgeek and myself. I didn't know if was so common. I feel like we now have a support group. You should start a thread in the lounge where we can all share our stories and support each other through the challenges MTS brings us.

Support group thats like saying send a drug addict into a room with drug dealers.

      Oh welcome to the box.
Maybe it should be called the insane asylum of fish keeping.

Very true :) but who better to tell me it's okay and all the cool kids are doing it. Sometimes a group of enablers is just what a person is looking for. So to some extent you could call it "Support"

        Yes, I know. I'm justifying

STOP!!! I fought off the temptation but now you're making me jones for a new tank. Luckily Girlgeek and I have been working tanks this afternoon and now have an empty 55 we can tackle after we're done with the 135 we've been working on. I got a pretty good fix last night setting up our first planted tank. ahhhhhhh the jitters are wearing off

a big welcome to edmlfc.           you have such a great combination       look forward to hearing updates

since this thread is way off in LaLa land  --  imaGuyGeek  --  I see fish therapy in the future for those chilly unrepresented Koi on your list !!!   checked out your neat photos & no exposures of Koi pond anywhere :(    don't think they didn't notice they were last on your list after the hospital tank too.  ahhhh     FishLady does have FPA  (Fish Protection Agency) on her speed dial.

So in light of the fact that I am now in the land of shame for a number of reasons ranging from my poor Koi not be fairly represented to having to compare my attempt of a planted tank to Loretta's to hijacking a newcomers thread... Girlgeek has told me I have to go to my corner for a time out.

edmlfc, welcome! I look forward to seeing pics. :)

off to my corner (which does not have fish access) to contemplate my behavior :(
