Hello from Central Texas

Hello everyone. Yup you guessed it, Im new to the site. My name is Ed and I hail from Spicewood just outside of Austin. Ive been keeping fish for roughly 15 years. Of those 15 years all I kept were new worlds. After a short hiatus from fish keeping Im now back into the hobby but now concentrating on Africans, Lake Tang to be exact. Im currently keeping Calvus "White Chaitika", Julie Transcriptus "Bemba" with fry, Comps "Red Fin" and Yellow Lelupi. Pretty standard fish but Im just getting started. Cant wait to meet you all and disuss our addiction........er I mean hobby.

Welcome to the box. We just had a group order from Africa and i managed to get some of the White Calvus. Im excited now, do you have any pictures of yours?

Wish I could post them. My camera is ancient and pre windows vista compatible. Im thinking a trip to buy a newer one......................... but then I saw a tank I wanted...........but I need a camera.........no a tank is what I need.......  Maybe I should flip a coin.

 Welcome to HFB! Glad you're getting back to fishkeeping, and with your interest in Tangs you will fit in very nicely - lots of people here keep them, as well!
