Software meaning this it uses the ultra snow to unlock the phone. Not the new imei stuff that they are doing...

No 4g or 3G til maybe next year...

4G with the iPhone 4 will never happen as it's not 4G capable. Tmobile is refarming their 3G network to work with the 3G bands that the iPhones use and some parts of town are already active with the rest supposed to be done sometime in the first half of next year.
