Sounds like its time for a garage sale!

No kidding, Crusher, except that my neighborhood nazis only allow one twice a year & I'm never home those 2 weekends. They already want me to believe that a freestanding bench swing is an architectural improvement that needs an application + $10 to be in my yard, even though it's been here for 8 years. If I had a garage sale "out of order" they'd probably have heart attacks and fall out. Wait.. maybe that's an excellent idea! We love each other, can't you tell?
