As title says practically new has the bag instruction manuel and new battery just missing the test leads wich can be picked up fairly cheap or use ones you may already have

Sorry youre having trouble moving your item, probably not a lot of serious electricians here :) anyway, if it helps ive owned and used this same meter and found it to be very accurate, and a very good quality meter. Every home owner should have one :)
