I have a mayo brand couch and love seat in excellent condition. We just got a new living room set. Mayo is one of the top of the line furniture makers. Cushions are still like brand new no soft spots of sink holes. No stains of tears. They were 1200 a piece 5 years ago ill sell the set for 400. Maybe even through in a recliner doesn't match though.
