any runners in the box

well im into sports and am a big runner. just curious if we have any other runners either marathoners sprinters or at least you might have done these in your younger days

I normally do the AIDS walk with my Starbucks team each year, but never a marathon. I was a pitcher in High School so I ran enough in those days. now I am basically married and over-weight and probably couldnt run to the end of the street and back.

the aids walk and those types of things are always good i do the komen race for the cure every year

well if anyone ran the mile in high school i had a new PR at 4:45

well im shooting for a 4:30 and i ran a 208 in the half but that was because there was alot of wind i should be able to do a 2:04 will keep posting at each meet

Sweet poo...I run a 6:00-6:15 in the mornings.

I guess women just aren't as fast....we have "extra" weight to lug around the track. We aren't as....aerodynamic.
Lol...well, that and I usually eat a cheeseburger when I'm done. JK.

I dont know why Delock is there.. he uses the excuse of "I work for TSU and I have to be there to orchestrate things", but I am thinking he is there to look at all the fine women who show up there.. You know he likes that athletic look

Truth is he works for TSU and yes he is one of the people who runs the show there..

Just ask for Derek "Mr. Nobody" -- look for an African American man who is about 6'4 and built like a brick house..
