No, just don't leave the meat sitting out for a long time...if a dog can't add hamburger to their diet what kind of problems will it have later? Wolves ate old kills and lived...dogs can still trace their species back to the wild ones.
Canned food is way too much water, and is even crappier quality meat. With additives, quite often.
The reason they need prepared foods is for a balanced diet...wolves ate whole herbivores and got their veggies from that. Just meat would be unhealthy, but digestable hamburger meat (ground meat with the natural fat) at room temp is tasty to a critter that also finds cat poo delicious, as well as being very digestable. And as an addition to a balanced diet it helps growing pups get that added nutrition for overall healthy growth.
Avoid supplementing nutrition unless you have a specific reason and knowledge of what you are adding.
There are ratios of minerals and vitamins that are specific to dogs, adding one thing in an incorrect ratio can render the supplement useless or harmful.
Raw egg destroys B vitamin, but even a little heat kills the B vitamin destroying element. Powdered egg is fine for dogs, although it would only be usefull in some unusual situation.
