There was a catfish-fry fundraiser in Humble this weekend and we had a lot of catfish left over.
There are 15 bags, each bag weighs between 4 1/4 to 4 1/2 pounds, each bag is vacuum sealed frozen, already skinned and cut into strips, all you have to do is open, thaw, season and cook.
We paid $10 a bag and are just trying to get that $10 per bag back if anyone is interested, that comes out to a little less than $2.50 a pound if anyone is interested, and if your not an ungodly distance away I'll even deliver for free to help out.
yes I realize the irony of posting this in an aquariests forum but it's a good deal and it's for a good cause so I figured I'd pass it along :P
