orange cheese= chedda cheese
white cheese= I dunno. I would have said swiss.

Yellow is American I believe, white Swiss, and Orange is Cheddar :)
Then again if I dont have to, then I prefer not to deal with these stable cheeses.
I am more of a blue cheese, Fontina, Jarlsberg, and Brie.. man I can think of a ton of cheeses I like..

i think cheese smells lol. Jeebus claims a lot of vietnamese food smells worse than cheese but i gobble all that up. but cold cheese...i think it smells horrible.
