How do you wake up....in bed?

I too give thanks for the new day, usually as I right myself into a sitting position on my side of the bed, then I get up with a sore back and sleepy eyed.

I feel like a friggin' old lady. I think it's because I've been playing softball at night for the past week or so.

Let's see, we have a king sized bed and I'm pretty sure I'm allowed 1/4 of it. I do a lot of tossing and turning, but always stay in my little section. I wake up at 5:30 and contemplate calling in sick, then go straight to the shower. If people are smart they don't acknowledge me or my existence until 9. On the way to work I listen to KSBJ and try to remind myself of all the things I am thankful for.
