whatever! i got puppy the 50 pd deadweight poodle on top of my legs, then Maximo, the 6lb maltese inbetween my legs and then you who sleeps diagonal!
NO one is on your side...including you!
I have a deadweight poodle too. I don't know why they do that leg snuggling crap.
David is a nasty sleeper. I have NEVER heard anyone snore so odd. It's like a whistle. A very large train whistle. :furious:
I won't lie. I have contemplated smothering him.
What gets me the worst is that he always wakes up cheery and ready to give a testimonial at 5 am.
He has learned to stay quiet in the mornings and to keep his cheery disposition to himself. )
Omg, Kim...you and I are like morning scrooges.

We have 2 40-60lb poodles too, one black, one white. However, they are not allowed to sleep on the bed. Only the 3.5lb poodle is allowed to sleep on the bed
Now I have to know Jeebus.. how much sleep do you get on your work days ? and do you sleep extra when Kiovo is not home ?

Where I'm currently at, I get about 2 hours uninterrupted sleep at any given time when on duty. I might not make a run all night (which is rare in itself) but I still have to wake up every time the bell goes off to listen if its my apparatus. If I'm on the ambulance (the busiest in the city btw) I am that unit that is waking everyone up every two hours!
Unfortunately, since Lana's birth, I get about as much as sleep at home as I do when at work! :icon_hang: About once a month, I'll come home from work, usually on a Sunday, and I'll literally sleep for 24 hours.
hahaha, I'm always home! I sleep awesome when he's at work though! And I'm not sure why Jeebus is complaining "since lana's birth" since he has NEVER had to get up in the middle of the night to take care of her!
Let me clarify, Puppy, our 10 yr. bichon/poodle mix, only weighs 18 pds (she's suppose to be around the 13 lb mark) but for some reason when she sleeps on you, its completely dead weight and it feels like a boulder on me.

Because of our personalities, my few days away every week gives us the space to stay happy - instead of smothering each other all the time.
And don't be fooled folks, I tried to put our daughter back to sleep a few times and she wouldn't have it. So every time after that, I laid in bed awake until Kim came back. Scouts honor!
I end up pulling the entire comforter off the bed in the middle of the night and have to put it back on the bed before I can fall asleep again. It's why I sleep on top of the sheets. So I don't rip them off, too.
